        Prices are subject to change at any time. Once a transaction is completed, sales are considered final unless stated otherwise in writing.

        5. Returns and Refunds

        All sales are final.
        Due to the nature of liquidation and estate merchandise, ETX Liquidation does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in cases of:

           

            • Misidentified items in online sales (determined at our discretion).

          Customers are encouraged to inspect all items before purchase during in-person sales or read full descriptions before bidding or buying online.

          6. Auctions and Online Sales

          By participating in our online or live auctions (including HiBid or eBay), you agree to the platform’s terms in addition to ours.

             

              • All auction bids are binding.

              • Winning bidders are responsible for full payment within the time specified.

              • Items must be picked up or shipped as outlined in the auction listing.

              • Failure to complete payment may result in account suspension or cancellation of future bidding privileges.

            7. Estate Sale & Consignment Services

            If you engage ETX Liquidation to handle an estate sale or property liquidation:

               

                • You agree to provide accurate information about the property or items for sale.

                • Our team will manage pricing, advertising, and sale logistics based on a mutually agreed-upon contract.

                • Commission rates, fees, and payout terms will be clearly outlined in that agreement.

              8. Limitation of Liability

              ETX Liquidation is not responsible for:

                 

                  • Losses arising from typographical errors or unavailable items.

                  • Damages resulting from the use or misuse of purchased products.

                  • Delays or interruptions in website availability.

                To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for a specific transaction.
